Houd Moed Het Lage Licht en Stichting Razzia

During the Rotterdam raid on 10 May 1944, more than 50,000 men were arrested and taken to Arbeitslager in Germany, where they often had to work under terrible conditions. Houd Moed is based on stories from survivors, diaries and letters. After the performance, we will talk to one of the last witnesses or their children. Finally, a spoken word artist will connect the events of that time with the reality of today.

In collaboration with the Rotterdam Library, we will shed light on these terrible events in November, which took place exactly 80 years ago this year.
