HOT WALK Keren Levi
At the intersection of climate change, aging and parenthood, HOT WALK is about both the pain of change and its healing properties.
It is a performance of a conversation (in English) between two women from different backgrounds. They move on two treadmills, in a space that simulates a futuristic gym, surrounded by images of a picturesque landscape-style park through which they seem to walk. Meanwhile, their conversation turns to heat, and meanders from the fight against the aging of the female body and its warming as fertility declines, to the threat of its extinction due to global warming, and then also through other 'hot' topics such as lust, anger, sadness and godmotherhood.
