They live right next to each other and yet there is a big difference between the two neighbours Iggy and Mister Moustache. For Iggy the sun always shines and for Mister Moustache there is usually a dark cloud hanging over his house. The two clash every now and then, and it gets out of hand at some point. But then the two discover that they may have a hard time living with, but certainly not without each other. After all, don't sunbeams and a rain shower together create the most beautiful rainbow?

In a mosaic of cartoonish scenes in and around their house, Iggy and Mister Moustache battle it out. A hilarious neighbour clash of funny bickering, silly gestures and a magical ballet.
