Hakim is a Dutch-Algerian theater artist and mime artist, known to large and small audiences for his role in Sesame Street. In addition to his television appearances, Hakim makes successful theater and cabaret performances, tells stories and writes books. He draws his inspiration from the strange problems of the adult world and translates them succinctly and often full of humor to the world of children.
