Groningen <3 Rotterdam : a performance manifesto
An energetic evening in which three performance artists – Nina Wijnmaalen, Nina Iggy & Jos Jacob, and Mylan Hoezen – come together with musicians and dancers for a sensory exploration of physical boundaries, intimacy and creative chaos.
What started as a meeting between three solo artists, grew into a collective performative experiment. In a varied program, Nina Wijnmaalen, Nina Iggy & Jos Jacob, and Mylan Hoezen present live performances that focus on human connection, physical endurance and the dynamics of the creative process. Expect, among other things, a collaboration with the band Prom Vagabonds, a studio opening full of raw creatures, a piano and seven dancers, and a jointly written manifesto led by program maker Jente Poiesz. An artistic journey that unfolds between Dansateliers and WORM, and ends in a collective performance statement.
