Photographer and filmmaker Stacii Samidin (Rotterdam, 1987) has been making raw street photography in which people play a leading role for two decades. He (re)cognizes the raw terrains, all over the world. From Albania, Nigeria, Suriname, Indonesia to Rotterdam and Almere, he is at home everywhere. With his open view he wins everyone's trust. It doesn't take long before he is allowed to do as he pleases with his camera. He doesn't disgrace anyone's hospitality. On the contrary, Stacii puts people in their power. He combines his autonomous work with commercial assignments.

Rats on Rafts releases new studio album Deep Below
Rotterdam-based band Rats on Rafts will release a new studio album on 7 February: Deep Below. To mark the release, there will be two listening parties at Galerie Weisbard on 6 and 8 February.On 7 March, the band will play at Rotown.
