Flexibel als het ware

Jos and José, always prepared with energy bars and water bottles, are used to solving any situation. But when they drive into a theater, everything changes and they are confronted with adventures they did not see coming. How flexible are you when everything is different than expected?

Jos and José, a dynamic duo on bikes, ready for any situation, are on their way home. But when they accidentally drive into a theater, they are confronted with unexpected challenges. Their journey swings them from one adventure to the next. Everything that was normal and familiar becomes new and exciting. But that is not what they were waiting for, right? Or was it?

Armed with energy bars and water bottles in their belt pouches and a load of tools in their pockets, they normally solve everything fearlessly. But now they find themselves in unfamiliar situations that really require something different from them...

How can you let go of expectations and deal with change? How flexible are you when everything is different than you expected?

This adventurous road trip is loosely inspired by the famous story of Odysseus. This Greek hero had to make a journey of years to get home. Many struggles along the way show that everything revolves around the journey itself.

Flexible as it were is an immersive theatre journey for children aged 6 and up. (Note: also fun for adult children!)

“As it were excels in brilliant double roles, magical discoveries, funny dialogues and a great decor.”
