Fijt & Fictie proudly presents two more artists. We will introduce them to you briefly.

Marjolein Charlotte van Vliet , finalist of the Amsterdam Student Cabaret Festival in , is a porcelain cabinet. She hides from the regime of Amsterdam and world opinion that presents itself in a more than you can eat buffet. In a world in which we elbow our way, she tries to find how we can put an arm through this to continue together. She considers and analyses everything that is inside us and makes poignant, abrasive and extremely recognizable music for it. With a mind that never stops, we can expect to hurdle until the end.

Jannes Laven was a sweet and good-natured little boy as a child. He grew up in the down-to-earth Rotterdam. Because of this rough city as an environment, a conflict quickly arises in his character. Because of this, he fits perfectly in between everything. Jannes is sympathetic and soft on stage, but can also be hard as concrete when necessary. His view of the world is open and honest. With a certain charismatic nonchalance, he takes his audience along in his experiences.
