Someone is working on a devilish plan to smear Harrie Vermeulen's campsite, which is why the municipal inspectorate is coming to take stock. Harrie and his daughter fear the worst and will do anything to pamper the strict inspector. But who is this inspector? Is it the common screamer who causes mayhem from her tent? Is it the man who pretends to be someone who studies birds? Or is it the grumpy woman with her clipboard? Who it certainly isn't, is the Russian idiot Igor. He is mainly responsible for the failure of all of Harrie's plans. When the female inspector loses her memory due to Harrie's actions and Harrie pretends to be his wife, all hell breaks loose.
