Easy Yoga en Soundbath sessie in de Laurenskerk
The crystal singing bowls fill the room with their beautiful sounds, while the church's breathtaking interior and high ceilings amplify every sound, making the acoustic experience even more special.
The session will be conducted in English. Your comfort is paramount. Bring what you need to feel truly relaxed. The yoga part is seated only and accessible to all levels. What to bring: a yoga mat and optionally for extra comfort, a blanket, pillow and an eye mask.
