The piano trio Donder is one of the most exciting groups from Belgium at the moment. Constantly reinventing itself and always exciting. With Donder In Het Donker it transforms itself into a stimulating, unusual concept, in which it also collaborates with special guest Machinefabriek. The audience settles down around the band on mats and cushions in a barely lit room. The boundary between stage and hall, and musicians and audience, blurs. The darkness works like a magnifying glass for the smallest details. You become aware of your own breathing, every movement and every sound. The musicians and the audience disappear into a cocoon, disconnected from the outside world. The sense of time and place blurs. A collective trance between dream and reality arises, in which everything and everyone becomes part of the music.
