Discophonic Orchestra was founded in 2014 by jazz trombonist and arranger Lex van Wel, who has a great passion for the orchestral and rhythmic richness of disco from the 70s. The ensemble consists of 30 musicians, including 10 strings, 6 winds, a rhythm section and 7 top vocalists. Together they bring the iconic sound of the disco era back to the stage.

This is more than a live concert; it's a festive journey back to the glory days of disco!
