Brooklyn Dekker, American singer-songwriter and half of the music duo Rue Royale, will hit the road in the spring of 2025 for a series of intimate solo shows under the name Telling Stories Tour. With his unique mix of folk melodies, indie folk, alternative and organic grooves, Dekker promises a personal musical journey full of stories and music.

Brooklyn said of this: “Over the years, I’ve had to find ways to connect with the audience because I’ve decided to hide my face and can’t rely on it to convey my sincerity. I’ve learned to open up in new ways and have enjoyed telling stories about the events surrounding the making of certain songs and records. I’m looking forward to retelling some of my songs and stories in a unique and intimate way next spring.”

Brooklyn has been on a roll since August 2019, when we first heard his voice as Dekker. Three albums, an EP and a few hundred gigs later, which is an achievement in itself since the virus years; we see Dekker picking up speed and attention all over Europe.

In early 2025, Dekker will begin releasing singles from his fourth full-length album, which will be released later that year.
