The spectacular adventure follows the journey of a robot – ROZZUM Unit 7134, or “Roz” for short – who is shipwrecked on a deserted island and must learn to adapt to a hostile environment. Well, deserted? There are a lot of animals living on the island, and they don’t know what to make of the strange creature that crawls out of the box. A robot!
Robot Roz learns, through trial and error, to live on the island. When she takes care of a goose chick, Roz slowly begins to gain the animals' distrust. And that's a good thing, because a great danger is approaching... The Wild Robot is a moving exploration of what it means to be alive and connected to all living things.
