During a heavy storm, the beautiful sea princess saves a handsome human prince from a sinking ship. She falls in love at first sight and wants nothing more than to be with him, but she lives in the sea and he on land! She goes in search of someone who can help her fulfill her wish. She gets help from two funny sea creatures, but only in exchange for her voice!
