In this magically realistic performance, a boy tries to sabotage his death so as not to abandon his family. Benny Simons intervenes in a fight in the street, but is suddenly the target of aggression and stabbed.
After his sudden death, he sees his family slowly but surely falling apart; his brother, mother and girlfriend get lost in their anger, sadness and the emptiness that has arisen. In this energetic and musical performance, Benny - now that he is no longer there - struggles with the question of how he can ensure that the people he loves most do not lose each other in a world where it is so easy to get lost.
The Death of Benny Simons is not only a story about the consequences of senseless violence, but also a story about a boy who, as the eldest son, wants to keep his family together at all costs, even after his death.
