Dawn Brothers

Dawn Brothers is a band without frills. This four-piece Rotterdam formation makes a mix of folk rock, Americana, blues and soul and delivers pure craftsmanship. They are craftsmen at work: they play their music with precision and passion. Don't expect grand sing-alongs but uplifting songs with love and an eye for detail.

With their upcoming studio album Cry Alone (March 2025), Dawn Brothers explore new techniques while refining their fiery Americana sound. Since their debut Staying Out Late (2017), they have toured from Hungary to South Africa. They have performed on stages such as North Sea Jazz and AmericanaFest in Nashville and opened for icons such as The Black Keys and Golden Earring. Along the way, they have earned an Edison nomination and collaborated with kindred spirits DeWolff on several albums.

After all the adventures, Alpine Gold (2022) marked a return to basics, with a focus on the band's interplay. They continue this approach on Cry Alone, which they will present live for the first time tonight in LantantenVenster.
