Clean Pete - Serenade

Clean Pete is coming to our theatre again. We are looking forward to it, because an evening at Clean Pete means an evening of fine tasting from our own soil. Somewhere at the crossroads between pop and classical music, twin sisters Loes and Renée Wijnhoven wrote their Dutch repertoire together. They pour lively strips of everyday life into beautiful songs with extreme precision and pain. A cello slumbers relentlessly into a song and Loes cuts down a lover with a light, almost apologetic sneer in her voice.

Come and see. This is intertwined interplay and unison singing as only intertwined genes like those of twin sisters can bring.
