Two talented Chinese musicians present the beautiful sounds of the Guzheng and the Hulusi — traditional instruments with a rich history.
Luyi and Jing Xin Xu have already performed in both China and the Netherlands, and we are happy that they are now also taking the time for a nice neighborhood performance in the north.
The Guzheng – A traditional Chinese zither and one of China’s most iconic classical instruments.
The Hulusi – An ethnic Chinese wind instrument with a soothing reed-based sound, made from a gourd and bamboo pipes.
The Bawu – A versatile ethnic wind instrument, similar to the Hulusi, but with a deeper, warmer sound.
