Celebrate the launch of The Great Rotterdam Quotes Book with an evening full of language, humor and city pride in the theater of Donner bookstore.
On Friday 9 May, Het Groot Rotterdams Citatenboek – De stad in 750 quotes & one-liners will be festively presented. Compiler Herco Kruik, together with various Rotterdam voices, will pay tribute to the city in words. Arie van der Krogt, Joop van der Hor, Carrie Jansen, Chris Buitendijk, Emile van de Velde and Chris Blok will contribute to an evening full of linguistic pleasure, sharp observations and recognizable one-liners. A must for lovers of Rotterdam, its character and its unique sayings.
