Black Dog

Former stunt motorcyclist Lang returns to his hometown on the edge of the Gobi Desert, where he was a local celebrity before serving time. Now living with his father, Lang must avoid gangster "Butcher Hu," who seeks revenge on Lang for the death of his cousin. Meanwhile, Lang works for a government program that removes unwanted animals in the run-up to the 2008 Olympics. He forms an unlikely friendship with a black stray dog.
