Blaaskaak
Blaaskaak is a brutal and physical classroom performance in which four actors, under the watchful eye of a teacher, investigate the rules of growing up in a big city on a schoolyard.
Who is really the boss? When are you smart? What is your place on the square and do you draw a line there or dare to push a boundary? And what happened to that climbing frame?
In the mini-society of the schoolyard, they negotiate in secrets, claim their place, blow from the tower and discover where the new and the familiar finally meet. Blaaskaak is a new performance by HNTjong and Maas theater and dance, created by Dimphna van Kempen and Sara Giampaolo.
