BIRDsessions w/ The Fusion Boys
The Fusion Boys were born out of a shared obsession with jazz fusion.
These musicians, who meet in various projects, wanted a place where they could really let loose on this energetic genre. Making music that is technically on the edge, but always with fun and freedom. The Fusion Boys is not a fixed band, it is a collective of musicians who together push the boundaries of jazz fusion.
The Fusion Boys, a night where everything comes together during our weekly BIRDsessions. A group of musical friends who don't often meet on the same stage, but when they do, you can feel the chemistry right away. This session is extra special, because we celebrate Siegfried Hart's birthday. And with this we close Siegfried's Autumn Residency. There is no better reason to get together.
Expect a stage where musicians challenge each other, learn from each other and blow the audience away with dynamic, intense and above all surprising music. This is jazz fusion at its best: raw, pure and anything but predictable. Don't miss this last session of Siegfried and The Fusion Boys and come to BIRD.
