We organize a mini-festival where visitors are surprised by flavors, cool music and coziness. Beer benches, stage and various micro brewers and food trucks
We at HOP are creative with beer and have been bringing the term 'craft beer revolution' as it came over from New York to 'our' hip Rotterdam for years now. This way we can show the craft of 'micro-brewing', because micro-brewing is also a concept in Rotterdam! And how can this be better brought than in the most successful form of today, an unpolished (mini) festival, with the focus on craft beers & good food.
