Founder Anke van der Steen and her robot Mike will tell you about the benefits, demonstrate the possibilities, pay attention to practical matters such as safety and answer questions from the audience. About the makers
de zAAk A = philosophy in party form. Children and adults are taken along with humor into the world of philosophy. Classical philosophical questions and themes are translated in an accessible way into a disruptive theater experience. Real and fake are surprisingly intertwined and the viewer is challenged to start thinking.
de zAAk A was founded in 2019 by Annelies Appelhof. Since graduating, Annelies has developed into an unconventional maker for youth, including at Theatergezelschap BonteHond. The first performance of de zAAk A, Wie jij dAn wel niet bent, won the Berrie Heesen Audience Award 2021 from the Centrum Kinderfilosofie Nederland and was shortlisted for the Berrie Heesen Vakjuryprijs.
