Meet photographer Marijn de Jong in his studio and get a unique look behind the scenes of his analogue, artisanal working method.
You are cordially invited to the Atelier Café with Marijn de Jong, the Rotterdam photographer who captures the everyday with an eye for detail and humanity.
Marijn works with an analogue camera and specialises in portraits that show people as they really are. Each image is hand-printed in the darkroom on baryta paper – unique, artisanal prints with attention and dedication.
His work can be seen in collections including Boijmans van Beuningen, Fotomuseum Den Haag and FOAM, and has been exhibited both at home and abroad. During the Atelier Café you will get an exclusive look behind the scenes. Drinks and a light meal are included!
