This month, Afsa Messaoudi will be exhibiting, who has recently taken a completely new path with her paintings. She has her own small space in B82 with a private exhibition. Richard Bredero will be showing a large number of cartoons. Lida Houkes will be exhibiting impressive city photos and her winning photo of the 2023 Art Competition will also be on display. Fons Wensing, Arnold NIX Holterman and Fransje van Schöll-van Lieshout will complete the whole this month.
The exhibition space B82 is run by the Vereniging Kunstkring Prins Alexander, but there are also costs. These are covered by the sale of second-hand books, DVDs, CDs and LPs. And there is a bargain corner at the back of the space where art books and bargain paintings are offered. From the other artists, members of the Kunstkring Prins Alexander, there are always small things to be found, such as cards and jewellery.
Last month, there was a lot of interest from people who wanted to see for themselves how the new exhibition space, which is very different from the previous one, is furnished. This month of April, there will be new works of art on display. Feel free to drop by, admission is free. The opening hours are Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 13:00 to 16:00. When we are not there, the jewelry of Roos Brouwer and the glass art of Liesanne den Haan always fill the windows.
