Anton fascinates with his stunning guitar playing and his lively personality. With Ton Petit+ he has a true happening in store for the audience. Where he is normally known for his irresistible enthusiasm, boundless energy and exuberant playing, he shows a completely different side of himself with Ton Petit+.

Sharp, carefully crafted compositions are brought to life by a quintet of expressive musicians in Ton Petit+, the larger version of the original trio Ton Petit consisting of Anton Goudsmit on guitar, Sean Faciani on bass and Tim Hennekes on drums. For the live shows and new album (which is due out in September 2024 on DOX Records) they are reinforced by Mete Erker on saxophone and Joost Buis on trombone and lap steel guitar.

Saxophonist Mete Erker dives into the music with heart and soul and always and everywhere enraptures the audience with his lyrical and intuitive playing. Trombonist and lap steel guitarist Joost Buis knows how to make his musical mark with his inventive and free playing and has previously appeared on our stage with his fascinating project Buisonic.

American top bassist Sean Faciani is one of the most sought-after bassists in the Netherlands and has played with Lage Lund, Reinier Baas, Mola Sylla, Omar Ka and is a permanent band member of BRUUT!. Drummer Tim Hennekes is a great talent and, thanks to his inexhaustible energy and fabulous technique, makes an indelible impression on the Dutch jazz landscape.
