About Melissa Fortes
Melissa is a versatile artist. She sings, acts, writes and creates. On stage she feels completely at home and effortlessly combines all her talents. As a singer she has worked with famous names such as Nelson Freitas and Dino D'Santiago. Melissa is also active as an actress, with roles in companies such as Rotterdamse Lef and Theater Aanz. In addition, she makes impressive performances with her own group Art e Mais. In 2020 she shone as Cesaria Evora in the musical performance ICONS at Theater Zuidplein.
