A Country Inside My Head HNTjong

Based on interviews, stories have been collected about feeling at home, starting over and growing up in a new culture. In the performance we follow Afia who left Ghana for the Netherlands a few years ago with her parents. She is making a film for her sister, who will soon make the same journey. In this way, Afia hopes to prepare her sister for life in the Netherlands and show how you can build a new life as a young woman in a foreign country.
